And you start out with three to five minutes and then increase your practice two to three minutes a week until you're comfortable with 45 minutes to an hour.You want to try to meditate the same time each day in the same location; be it in a quiet room in your home or in the garden or in a park. I know a lot of us will say, "I don't have 15 minutes to myself." But, give yourself this time to focus on yourself and you'll be amazed at how your joy and happiness in life will increase.Set a timer three to five minutes, focus on the breath, bring the mind to stillness, and you'll be amazed at how your life becomes happier.
